My First Fitday

  • Well so Im real down about this weekend (see "Comfort" thread), but thanks to you guys, I have become curious enough to start my own "FITDAY". I think I really like it, and I cant wait to exercise so I can put that on there! Hehe! (I loathe workouts). I cant wait to see how my first day pans out. I think it may actually really help me to lose.

    Anyone have any user-savvy tips for the site?

    Number one tip ... customize all of your regular foods, the things you eat all the time.
    Number two tip ... fiddle with calories burned. Fitday is pretty generous with that and your activity level.
