Well so Im real down about this weekend (see "Comfort" thread), but thanks to you guys, I have become curious enough to start my own "FITDAY". I think I really like it, and I cant wait to exercise so I can put that on there! Hehe! (I loathe workouts). I cant wait to see how my first day pans out. I think it may actually really help me to lose.
Anyone have any user-savvy tips for the site?
