*~Beautiful Me # 10-- 20 y/olds losing big!!~*

    Sorry I didn't get a chance to update the weight chart. I will post it tomorrow (Tuesday) and then again on Wednesday with the new weights. I'm in the computer lounge at our school so I will update with my weight later.


    How are you all doing?
    What are your inspirations for this week?

    It's MAY a new month, and getting close to summer, what do you hope to acheive by summer: the 21st of June?

    Stay motivated people! We're nearly halfway done with the year!!! (5 months into it). Are we where we want to be?
  • I'm having a very bad day. Depression has set in. My family was visiting over the weekend but now they are going home. I miss them sooooo much. I am sooooo sad And to make it even worse....I'm up. Not really surprised though because I didn't do much this week and since my family was over I didn't watch what I ate. Don't know if it's going to be so easy this time to try to jump back in. I'm just not into it.

    DO NOT worry Rosario.
    I know how it is to miss your family so much. It's fine when you haven't seen them in a while, but as soon as they show up again, and leave... you fall apart. It's like a scab you keep opening up. You will bounce back again. The last pounds put on are the easiest to take off.

    Plus, if you think about it, you've still lost weight in total since you began, you're under 230!

    I'm also up 1.3 pounds. I indulged in oreos and milk an nearly ate the whole damn package!!!

    ouch! sorry about the oreos. but on the bright side, you are still under 200. i would kill to be under 200. don't let one set-back get you down.

    Studying for finals has been killing me.

    If it's something I've learned when losing weight, there comes a point where you go up a whole lot, but losing it is really easy. If you look at my chart at one week I was at 203.4, I went up to 209.4, then back down to 202!!! (That's about the same amount of weight gain as you).

    Chin up. Get back on track. We owe it to ourselves to look good, time is flying so if not now... when?
