  • Today I did the 1 mile get up and started with 2 pound weights. Have a great day everyone!!!
  • I did walk/kick this morning but only made it halfway through the dvd because I was interrupted. *grr* hehe So i'll try and do it again tonight.
  • I did the 2 mile high calorie burn this morning with the 3 lb weights. I will also do it again after work.

  • I did the 2 Mile High Calorie Burn with 3lb weights this morning, and tonight I did the Strength and Sculpt section of The Biggest Loser DVD.
  • I am new and I hope you don't mind me jumping in! I did the 1 Mile Get Up and Get Started yesterday for the first time in months! It burned, but it felt good. I have really gotten out of shape. I love Leslie's videos and hope to build up to the 2 Mile soon... taking it easy, one step at a time
  • I did the learn & burn from TURBO JAM last night. I'm gonna add a WATP dvd to it until I learn the moves so I know I am getting a great workout!
  • Morning everyone. This morning I did the Biggest Loser workout #1, first time I've used this and wow! what a workout! Then I did the 1 mile express w/stretchie. I'm going to try and get in Yoga walk later.

  • Thanks for the welcome! I just did the 1 Mile Get Up and Get Started for today! 2 days in a row! I am proud of myself Today it burned a LOT, but I pushed myself and made it through. I know if I keep going it will get easier and easier!

    It will get easier with each day. I know when I first started out, I could only do about 1/2 of the mile, and was not feeling too good with that. Then it didn't take me long before I was finishing the full mile. It does get easier and you're doing a great job!!!
  • WELCOME, WaterWater! Great job on doing the 1 mile....that's where I started, and it wasn't long before I worked my way up to the 2, and then the 3 mile!

    This morning I did Walk/Kick, and I am now going to do the 2 Mile High Calorie Burn with 3 lb weights.
