I've been watching what I eat for the past week, tried counting calories, and starting today (5/1) i'm goin to be starting WW @ home.
I'm currently 168 (a 1lb loss from last week) and 5'7. I'd like to get to 135 (pre-preg weight). I'm going in ten lb incriments for my short term goals.

Cant wait to get to know everyone! I am loving how supportive everyone is all over these boards!!!
