Ok, it's 1:30 in the morning and I can't sleep so I am doing web searches to avoid binging

I found this website! It really cracked me up to see how different WW was back then!

No wonder my mom doesn't want to do WW with me. She did it in the early 70's. Now I know why we were forced to eat liver once a week, YUCK. I wonder how many of us whose families had liver did so because of WW. On the other hand, the fish thing was probably a good deal.

I'm one of those who actual did this program back then. And lived to tell it, lol. All I can say is, thank goodness for progress!
