here we are with the weekend upon us, the weekends are tough for me, no work to go to and free range of the kitchen. does everyone have a good plan in place? healthy food? water? exercise?
here's what i have in mind for the day...
b- 2 slices ww toast w/1 wedge laughing cow, bannana, coffee
s- yogurt ff
l- leftover chicken from last nights dinner, small salad
d- something on the grill (chicken)? veggies potato
s- rice cakes, green tea, granola bar if needed
exercise- lots of cleaning, yard work, errands.
