the planning thread....Saturday

  • here we are with the weekend upon us, the weekends are tough for me, no work to go to and free range of the kitchen. does everyone have a good plan in place? healthy food? water? exercise?

    here's what i have in mind for the day...

    b- 2 slices ww toast w/1 wedge laughing cow, bannana, coffee
    s- yogurt ff
    l- leftover chicken from last nights dinner, small salad
    d- something on the grill (chicken)? veggies potato
    s- rice cakes, green tea, granola bar if needed

    exercise- lots of cleaning, yard work, errands.

  • B - 2 slices whole grain toast, natural peanut butter

    S - horizons non fat plain yogurt, sliced strawberries

    L - Trader Joe's Indian Fare Eggplant over brown rice. I added spinach leaves and a few strips of grilled chicken (since my protein was going to be so low today)

    S - orange

    S - cut up veggies (grape tomatoes, baby carrots, sugar snap peas, yellow pepper strips)

    D - home made tofu stir fry (a little oil, onion, garlic, broccoli, carrots, baby corn, baby eggplant, shitake mushrooms, ginger, Cantonese stir fry sauce) served over brown rice

    S - mango
