Hubby suggested I have this pic taken. I've seen Meg's and thought it looked so good. Hubby has obviously seen some as well. He is so used to taking pictures of me now that HE is suggesting some... poor guy!

These were pants I had to make myself, because I couldn't buy any big enough. I'm SO glad I kept them.



Sad thing was that I could have actually stretched them out even further.

This pic kind of makes the progress I've made stand out even more.

It's not a great pic, but I think it gets the point across.

Oh, what the heck... while I'm at it, I thought I'd post the pic hubby took of me in our room at the casino during our overnight stay the other day.



The casino has really dropped their dress standards, and I was probably one of the ONLY people dressed up (and I wasn't even THAT fancy, just neat), but I felt SO good! The overnight stay was a reward for my persistance over the last two and a bit years. I think I deserve it!

Thank you for putting up with me posting pics. I just can't seem to get enough of the camera lately. I've got a lot of years to make up for.

LOL oh Zelma... those are great!! Love the one with the pants. And we are not "putting up" with your posting pix... I for one LOVE to see them!

I'll never be able to get one like that because pants are not my problem but the top half is where I am huge. But I am keeping at least one old shirt and will have to figure out some way to get a picture someday!

I can't get enough of your pictures, Zelma!! You look SOOOO incredible. We all inspire to be just like you!!! You know, I just did the "fit both legs in one of my old pant legs" experiment a couple of days ago thinking I wouldn't be able to pull it off, but I DID!! It's wild, isn't it??

Zelma, you look wonderful!! Your pants picture had me giggling!! Isn't that just crazy how much room is in those?? I'm sure it really makes you feel how much you've lost!!

Zelma, I love progress pics! Especially those done standing in one leg of an old pair of pants... it really makes the point. I am hoping to be able to take on like that someday, or one with my hubby and I in the same pair of pants. That would be nifty!

I'm saving one of the biggest pairs of pants I had for a photo like that. Maybe I can fit in (one leg of) them in 2007. That's my goal!

Me too! But I am trying to figure out a way to do it with a blouse one... for me that will be far more impressive than the pants LOL. Even now after 32 pounds I can grab up huge sections of my old blouse and fold them over. By the time I am skinny enough to get a good picture I will think of some way though!!
