Hopefully it's okay to post this thread in maintainers, since it's not specifically about maintaining per se, but here goes. I figured maintainers would have some good answers!
What are your favorite healthy cookbooks?
Right now I have a few healthy cookbooks but I usually just modify recipes to make them healthier. It would be great to build up my library with some good stuff! I have the AHA's Low Salt cookbook (my fiance has high blood pressure), which is pretty good, but it has no pictures and I never get motivated to use it when there are no pictures! Right now half my recipes come from Cooking Light.
Thanks in advance!

I would definitely try some of their recipes for guests and holidays, though.
And I love Cook's Illustrated, though most of the recipes are too calorie-laden for every day.
