So I hear that drinking green tea is good for you but then the other day my MIL told me that I'm not suppose to drink it longer than 3 months at a time. I'm confused...why not? I didn't really hear her reason. I guess I was off in space.

I've never heard that. From what I understand, they drink it every day of their lives in China and Japan.
