Woohoo!!!! I did it!!!

  • Well, last night I went to my parents for dinner, and in their bathroom I weighed myself, because I don't have a scale at my house, and was shocked to find out that I have lost over 7 LB's!!!!! Woohoo!!! I'm so proud of myself! I am at 122, and was at 130 LB's.... All the is paying off now!!! Woohooo!!! That was just the motivation I needed!!!!

    Help me out here! I've been stuck for ages once I hit 120.
  • Well I started walking, doing exercises on my stability ball, and resistance training and do those 5 days a week, and just making more of an effort to be more active. I also watched what I ate, and cut back on my carbs and sweets, because those are triggers for me. I boosted my protein, drank more water instead of soda, or juices filled with sugar. I bought those little juice boxes of minute maid OJ, and limited myself to one a day and then the rest of the day was water....I started taking Digestive Enzymes as well, to help the digestion process at reccommendation of my doctor. And first thing in the morning I drink 2 cups of Green tea decafinated....before I eat or anything....
  • Oh, and I found out that I was an emotional eater....would eat if I was sad or bored or anything....I don't do that anymore either....I find something else to do....and ONLY eat if I am truly hungry...
