I would love to atleast go to my weight the day I got married which was 135. I really want 125. I don't know what diet form i am going to use. Probably portion control and healthy eating. I plan on starting to excercise tomorrow. It becomes difficult with 2 small boys. I lack support during the week because dh travels out of town every week. I don't like the idea of day cares since kids are always sick. So off to Stroller Strides I go tomorrow. Thye finally opened a class in my city. I hope to find some buddies on here.. Especially for those long hard days that at the end when the kids are in bed all I want is CHOCOLATE!Naomi

I also am watching portion control and started excersizing about a month ago. I have 4 young kids and my husband works afternoons. Excersize was always something I had excuses for. I bought an eliptical trainer and use it for 30 minutes each night for 30 minutes.I have just started out myself and would love to buddy up!
