Hello all

I'm attaching some before (well, the most 'before' pics I can find) and some recent 'after' photos mainly because I need some motivation to keep going!!

The first two photos are from the end of October 2005 when I was around 185 pounds

The last two are at Christmas/New Year's 2005 and I'm around 168.

BTW - the beautiful little baby in the Christmas photo is one of my nieces
