    I've been on a diet since January 06 and so far I went down 38lbs..at this point in my journey I feel like I need support from you guys! Please help me going!!

    Thanks for replying... I just got back from my exam.. I think it went O.K...

    Now I was figuring out what to cook for this evening.. it might be some bbq chicken and some veggies..

    I can't wait till I loose all the extra pounds.. my bf did a good job too he lost about 50Lbs already ! We're into this together and he's of great support.. I wouldn't do it without him..

  • btw I didn't tell you guys that I'm doing the Southbeach diet.. what about you guys? I think the south beach diet is great... about 3 yrs ago i was on the atkins diet.. I've lost a lost of weight and kempt it off for about 2yrs.. But the south beach is much better it's healthier...

  • Thanks Butterfly Girl! As for how often to weigh I think whatever you like is good for you. I like weighing every day but that discourages some!
  • usually i weighin every day too but.. of course now my weight loss will probably slow down.. so I'd rather weighin every week now to see a bigger difference...
