I was looking at the programs that Bob and Jillian supply on the NBC site for The Biggest Loser and they both seem a little bizarre. Bob's seems to have any calories a day at all, approximately 1000 calories, yet in the books (jillians and bobs) they say not to eat less than 1200? And Jillians has about 1600 on average a day, but this seems too many.
Also Jillian says that the only fruit you can have is Apples, Grapefruits and Berries? And no tropical fruit, does any one know why?
I'm really confused now

So, i have stopped reading it, i have her book and figure that the stuff that she really wants to tell people will be in there. It all gets so confusing sometimes...
