I'm not on a certain plan. I just eat when I am hungry now (better food choices though) and not when I am bored, which is hard because I still get food cravings when I am not even hungry, but I've been on this journey for 6 months now so I am getting better
. I went from being a 21 to a now 16 (I just bought GAP 16s yesterday and they fit perfect!) I went from 1x and 2x shirts to XL. I'm so excited for what's to come because I haven't been at this weight since 3 years ago! I'm 5'6'' so I don't know yet if 150 will be right for my body but when I get there you better believe I will be posting!!!I also brought my ACT score up to a 22.. lol I thought I should post all of my accomplishments
