Hello, I joined yesterday. My Username is Pinkroses. I live in Va.
I am Diabetect. I have Severe Refluxe disease. Arthirtis eveywhere.
I write Christian poems, devtionals and occcaionsally some short stories.
I have lost around 40 lbs. but need to loose a lot more.

I went to a painmangement dr. in Feb. of this year. He said I had no muscle tone. I have been excersing for over 10 years or more.
He put me on a high protien dite and some pain pills Tramodol. I take Meformine for being Diabetec. Protonix for my Severe Refluxe disease.

I started drinking Attakins Shake. Chocolate is the best.
I think it is helping me quite a bit.
I hope to get to know you all better.

My dad died Feb.28. 2 days after his 80th birthday. with cancer. He was in World War 2 and in a prison war camp in Germany for 15 months. I really miss him.

Sorry to hear about your dad. Sounds like you have a lot of health challenges. Losing weight will probably help you with all of them. Keep up the good work.

I can sympathize with your pain. My husband goes to a pain managment clinic, infact he is recieving nerve blocks today in his back. He has about 60 pounds to lose, but he is not motivated as he can hardly move. He
is take the tramadol and doing well on it, occassionally he has to up it to a stronger med. The doctor just started him on a new med called lycrial for nerve pain. we shall see...
I'm sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one is the worse pain imaginable.. Know we are here for you..
