about yourself???
I'm starting a thread about "what I like about myself" - I know we are all here on 3fatchicks because we are trying to become healthier and ALL of us have one or two (or many) things we DON'T like about our bodies - and believe me, I could sit here and list them ALL...but I want to know - what do you LIKE about your body? You can make your list as short as one or as long as you want - don't be shy. Too many times during the day, EVERY day, I'm sure you all (if you're like me...) sit there and criticize all the things you hate about yourself...well, instead - we need to figure out what it is we LOVE about ourselves...It's GOOD to have things that you DO like...so c'mon - what are they? They can be about your body or the changes you've made to your lifestyle.
1. I have fantastic legs - especially my calves.
2. I LOVE my collar bones (and the fact that they show)!
3. I have perfectly arched eyebrows.
4. I have great hair.
5. I may not be a gym-rat - but I do go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week.
6. I love biking and roller-blading.
7. I CAN walk 6 miles or more (i've done it before).
8. I may not be "perfect" with my eating habits - but for the most part, I
honestly do eat "healthy".
9. When I go out to a resteraunt, I honestly CAN'T eat the ENTIRE plate
anymore...I ALWAYS come home with at least HALF of my meal (this is
a huge one for me!).
10. I'm not afraid to dance by myself at a club.
Now, I'm curious - what do you all love about your body & your lifestyle?
