Hey Ladies,

We're leaving tomorrow for the soccer tournament and my first big trial. I was telling Marny that all of the other moms have Barbie Doll figures and that is really depressing to me. These weekends are really intense and of course the emotional eating is going to try to kick in. I'm really going to try, and I'll let you know on Monday what the outcome is.

You can do it babsy! GOOD LUCK! And don't forget to have tons and tons of fun! Can't wait to hear how it turned out!

Oh - and if you slip a little on the diet - don't stress and beat yourself up! It happens to everyone and remember every meal is a new chance to start over. So if you slip a little at lunch, don't let it ruin your day and fix it up at dinner!
