  • OK .. here we go! Come join me in posting your food intake daily. I will start a new thread each day and post what I eat (or plan to eat) good or bad!

    Breakfast:
    2 coffees/black
    2 hard boiled eggs
    2 SouthBeach p-butter cookies

    Lunch:
    1 lo-carb protein bar (Carbwise)
    1 coffee/blk

    Dinner:
    1 South Beach pepperoni pizza

    Snack:
    8 apple slices w/2 tbsp p-butter

    Water: 52 oz
