Does anyone know the points value for "southern bbq"?

In particular I am wondering about pulled pork, baked beans, and cole slaw. Also, I have recently started ordering pulled chicken instead of the pork and would like to know it's value as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can usually find it by using the food database here or at Calorie King or Diet Facts can even help you get nutritional info so you can figure points.
