  • I'm looking forward to doing a Mothers Day Challenge! Wondering if anyone wants in?
    May 14th is Mothers Day Ladies!
    My goal is too lose 5 lbs
    drink 64 oz+ water a day
    exercise 3-4 times a week!

    What's yours?
  • I'll join a Mother's Day Challenge too:

    1) Run minimum of 4 days per week
    2) Lift a minimum of 3 days per week (with Abs)
    3) Drink 2L of water daily
  • I will join too!

    1. be at 160 pounds by mothers day.
    2. exercize at least 3 days a week
    3. Drink my 2 qaurts of water a day

  • Hi, I am new to this board but I would love to join in the challenge.

    I would love to lose 5 lbs which would bring me to 157. I have trying really hard to get out of the 160's without much success.

    I will drink atleast 8 glasses of water

    I will exercise 5 days a week.

  • I'm already doing a Memorial Day challange for my weight... so I'll set a different goal for Mother's Day:

    1) Exercise 3-4 days a week
    2) No cheating on my diet
    3) No eating after 8pm

  • I just want to say, I lost some more!!!!!!!!! ya!!!!! I am so excited!!!

    Now that I just got that out of the way, I havn't been measuring myself, I need to. I am not sure where I lost it from but I am so proud of my self. I asked my husband if he could tell and he says the back of my legs cause now I have a butt. he is so silly.

    I thought for sure I blew my points yesterday so I was kinda mad at my self this morning, but I decided to sit down and figure out what I had anyways. and guess what? With my activity points I had nothing to spare but I didn't go over either... go me!!!

    I know I can do this! Well it is lunch time I better go take care of that task for the day. it's hard but we all have to do it. haha!

    I've been getting in my water and exercising. My clothes are starting to feel a little better now...

    I'm hoping to lose about 3-4 pounds by Mother's Day
  • How's everybody doing! I'm doing okay! Been exercising, haven't been drinking all my water at the eating isn't all that great! I think I need to go back to the meetings! So tonight is the meetings in our town so off I go I think...But I just hate to cough out all the money for it! CHeap o! It seems this is the only way I will get success!

    Ladies lets challenge ourselves and lose these extra pounds!
  • well I didn't do too well this week with the challenge. I only lost .4 lbs. As you can tell I am a very slow loser. My body fights me every step of the way.

  • How's everyone doing? Less than 2 weeks to go!!

    I'm doing pretty well...getting a lot of water in and I haven't missed any workouts!!

  • I am doing o.k. I didn't really have a loss this week but I think I can make it happen I am just going to step up the water intake a dab and I may just have to get out the gazelle. This is my first real challenge, so I don't want to fail. but if I do, I guess I will just start another one. I think the loss I have so far is a very good accomplishment.
  • I am doing okay! This week started off not all that great food/exercise/water! It was my boyfriend's bday so a good meal it was; Prime Rib! Then it was chinese a few times this week and a BBQ steak etc and a few drinks! OOPS! However, with all this said I still managed to lose 3.6 lbs! I managed to start exercising more this past week!

    I hope erveryone is doing good and are closer to your goals! I think I might just make this goal this time! Feels good!
