I live in the UK and am about to start my weight loss journey to lose 60lbs!!

This is a really cool site and it great when you are feeling a bit down and thinking of giving up - they people here ALWAYS come to the rescue :-)

Personally I found a great saying here....failure is not falling down, its not getting back up again... I used to stay on ww's for a few weeks then indulge once and give up...but not anymore!

Anyways, I wish you well - keep focused and do feel free to IM me anytime.
