Hey you guys,
Posting goals for this week.
1) Stay on Phase 1
2) Exercise 6 times
3) 1 diet coke a day (this one's gonna be hard)
4) Abs atleast 5 times this week
5) 3 liters of water a day (cause 1 d.coke a day may be pushing it)
I had a whole slew of things I was going to commit to, so I'll just have to ammend the list as I think of them. Here's to those last 10 pounds!
