Daily Goals for the week of April 17th/06

  • Today's goals are...

    1. get all my water in
    2. eat on plan with no deviations
    3. workout at the gym
    4. not beat myself up
    5. I will not let myself down today.
  • This weeks goal
    I am going to get up three mornings this week and walk two miles
    I am going to stay involved in not slipping with education and study
    I am going to be vigilant about not eating things that trigger me to fail
    I am going to encouage others
    I am going to lose another five pounds
  • I needed to repost with new numbers...sorry
  • 1. I am going to try eating only eggs 2 consecutive days this week to see if it helps me jump start my metabolism to start losing weight again. 2. I am going to walk 1 hour on the treadmill, 4 x this week instead of 30 min's 7 x a week. 3. I am going to try to stay positive about this whole lifestyle change and not get discouraged if the scales don't move again.

    I did great yesterday.....and when I was crazy hungry at 7pm last night, I had a bowl of oatmeal!! So its all good!

    5. go for a walk outside as additional exercise today....its too nice out not to!

    Mine is going to be very easy today.....
    water, water, water. I still think that is the key for weight loss for me and I've had pop or two too many here lately. SO I'm all water today.
