    Lunch: LO Cornmeal chicken

    Dinner: Roast Turkey, Core Mashed potatoes, small serving cornbread stuffing (points), corn with ICBINB light

    Snack: Popcorn?

    d--turkey breast, cranberries, diet bread/blackberries, 1 south beach oatmeal chocolate chip cookie (that took willpower)

    Lunch: grilled tuna steaks, asparagus, corn, sweet potatoes, salad with lettuce, avocado, cucumber and tomatoes, and a pear
