Okay, so I went for lunch today with a friend I haven't seen since December, when I weighed 290-ish. I walked into Chick Fila and he saw me and grinned really big... when he hugged me he said: "Wow! You've gotten skinnified!" He's such a hoot!

So I told him that between my husband and I we've lost almost 50 pounds, something like removing an 8 year old child that always stood between us... Because yes, the hugs are sooooo much nicer now!

That is awesome. My husband gave me a hug last weekend and he said "where did you go"? Now I make him say that everytime he hugs me, because it makes me feel so great!!

What a terrific reaction you earned! That must have been a thrilling comment to receive. You've been doing wonderful. Keep it up.

Oh that is great! Love that new word LOL

When my husband hugs me now, he always says "you feel so little now". That makes me feel great. I don't remember ever being called "little". MY big goal was to weigh less than him, which was about 30 lbs. ago, so I do feel so much happier with this. I bought 4 new shirts this weekend without trying them on and they are all too big. So, back to Old Navy to trade them tomorrow. I still see myself as larger than I actually am.

Congrats on being Skinnified LaLa!! Thats so cool. I love it when people who havent seen me in a while, are floored by how I look now!

Thanks everyone! Now I'm tempted to just pop into my old workplace... ya know, just for a visit... hehehehee... they suffered through so very many of my diet obsessional phases...
