2 days off, oops

  • Hey y'all, my internet has been down for a day and a half, so I havent' been able to post (and I needed to!!)

    I went off my diet for 2 days. It's my TOM and I was starving, and I just didn't feel like counting everything. I guess my body and my mind just needed a break. However, I am NOT going to use this as an excuse to just throw in the towel. It was 2 days, it will not ruin all the work I've done, I just have to pick myself up today and get back with it....Just giving myself a little pep talk I guess!

    that time!!!!!!
  • I know how it feels to just need some time off. But my theory is to stick with the healthy foods so that I don't do major damage to my weight loss efforts.
