How about a WW style bean burrito? Take the one point tortilla, spread it with 1/2 cup ff refried beans (also 1 point), heat up, top with salsa (zero point), onion or lettuce. Usually kids like Mexican style food.

You could always start with a cold soup like gazpacho to help fill you in.
