So I need anyone's advice about something I finally hit my 45 lb mark and was so excited!! But anyways I have fallen off the band wagon for a week now and just jumped back on. So I don't know if I should weigh in tomorrow like I normally do or wait a week till next Thursday and give myself time to lose what I might have gained. Ah I am scared to jump on that scale tomorrow and don't know what would be the smartest thing to do. Any advice? Thanks
