Girls w/ Goals Easter Challenge - Wk 3

  • Hey ladies well I lost 6.5 pounds this week Yeah. I didn't weigh myself this weekend and I stayed focused and it makes me feel GREAT !
    Well I hope you all did good this week also. We have just one more week for this challenge and I still have 3 more pounds to lose to meet my goal. Well ladies Hope you all did great. I will follow-up @ the end of the week with some Food for thought. Have a great week.

  • Well it is difficult to say whether or not I have lost because I went a long time without weighing. I have been great with the food I have been eating but bad with the exercise. My husband is out of town right now so I can easily workout in the evenings and do what I want to do. I will try to get in a great workout tonight and build some muscle. Best wishes to all!!!
  • Congrats on all those pounds. That's amazing. Wish I could do that. It's gonna be a crazy week and I'm not gonna make 8 pounds, but that's okay!

  • Thanks Ladies but when the scale tipped 187 last weigh in I was really upset and I just said Stacey stop doing this to yourself. You want to lose this weight no one else what's this more then you and I took a good long look at myself a remembered this is my goal, my dream and I must stop moving backward when I want to move forward . So this pass week I really applied myself and it paid off. Aimin- just stay focused, I know it's easy to slip off when things aren't the norm.. but remember your goals and do what has to be done to get there. Buckneram- don't let not losing 8 pounds get you down just continue to work hard and I am sure next challenge you will succeed. FGNM- Hey lady we miss you around here. Glad to hear from you.
