I broke through my first plateau! I have been bouncing back and forth between 270 and 271 for a month. I increased my calories and changed my exercise routine and it worked. I weighed over the weekend and I was 267 and I was still 267 this morning. I thought I would never get below 270!
I hope I'm back on track for awhile now thanks to everyone's help. Yippee!


Way to go! Sometimes you just need to shake up your routine to keep your body from getting too complacent, it's worked for me too. Good job and keep it up.
