Slim for summer-WEEK 3

  • Hey ladies-- so this is where I will start the "new version"
    Post you goals for the week then each day edit you original post with you daily food intake. Be honest!!! haha

    Diet: 3 healthy meals, 2 healthy snacks
    water:3 bottles
    Exercise: gym 4 times, 3 walks
    "fun" goal: Learn about veggie gardens
    Reward: easter dinner and treats...cuz its easter!

    MONDAY
    BF-fruit
    Snack-Latte (fat free), apple
    Lunch- Veggie soup and chicken on a pita w/tazeky
    snack-fruit
    Dinner-Turkey, potatos

    TUESDAY
    BF-fruit
    L-veg soup
    S-oatmeal muffin (homemade)
    D-Stir-fry
    S-Chocolate :blush:--I know Iknow not a healthy snack! gerr

    WEDNESDAY- Man I had zero appitite today. Had soup and some pickles today, brutal!

    THURSDAY
    BF-fruit smoothie w gound flax
    s-coffee
    L-veggie soup (yes I am obssed with soup right now haha)
    D- veggie pizza- thin crust!

    FRIDAY
    BF-fruit and coffee
    L-stir-fry
    D-2 slices pizza
    S-fruit & 2 small chocolates

    SATURDAY--bad day all around wont even waste the sapce

    SUNDAY- veggie omlet, chocolate and trukey dinner

    Monday here i COME--FRESH START!
  • Great way to do this. I thought I had a great week last week. Lots of exercising and ate well but the scale didn't move. Oh well today is the start of a new week.

    Diet: 3 healthy meals, 2 healthy snacks
    water:2 x 32oz bottles
    Exercise: gym 4 times, 2 walk the dog
    "fun" goal: Do some scrapbooking
    Reward: A nice massage from my hubby

    MONDAY
    BF-Special K Cereal
    Snack- Banana
    Lunch- Turkey Sanwich and V8 juice
    snack-yogurt
    Dinner-salmon, yellow beans and pasta
    Extras- (I need to be honest!) 2 pieces of licorice and5 chocolate mini-eggs
    Exercise- Cardio for 20 mins, weights for 30 mins

    TUESDAY
    BF-Granola Bar and glass of OJ
    Snack- Banana
    Lunch- Ceasar salad and half beef dip
    snack-yogurt
    Dinner-sandwich and bowl of soup

    WEDNESDAY

  • This is going to be a bad week. I can already tell!
    Meals: 3, 2 snacks
    Water: 4 glasses daily
    Exercise: 3 days
    goal: finish half of my PTSD paper
    reward: eat what I want on easter

    Monday:
    Breakfast-cereal and milk
    Lunch-garlic bread
    Dinner-steak and rice
    Snacks-polish cookies, orange, banana

    Tuesday:
    Breakfast-milk and cereal
    Lunch-oatmeal
    Dinner-corn, pasta salad, polish sausage
    Snacks-polish cookies

    Wednesday:
    Breakfast-cereal and milk
    Lunch-none
    Dinner-porkchops, mashed potatoes, corn
    Snacks-carrots, celery and radishes and ice cream

    Thursday:
    Breakfast-cereal and milk
    Lunch-subway
    Dinner-spaghetti and meatballs
    Snacks-grahm (sp) crackers

    Friday:
    Breakfast-cereal and milk
    Lunch-spaghetti
    Dinner-pizza
    Snacks-one cookie, bread and pear

    Sat and Sunday-TOO MUCH!

    Started WW today lets see how it goes. i got on the scales after two weeks and havent lost a pound. i guess thats better than putting a pound on as i thought i was going to. ..
    Well ill update 2nite with my days eating habits.

    Wed
    Brekkie: Cereal bar and small WW muffin
    Lunch: Beef Savory rice
    Dinner: A Roast
    Snacks: Pineapple and Cereal Bar

    I haven't had the motivation to exercise lately. I need a good kick in the butt!

  • Ok seriously, the past two weeks have been horrible...I have this huge chocolate craving that wont go away...I decided last week that I was giving up chocolate-for good! I did it once 7 years ago for a whole year and was fine...now this time I am craving it everyday!!! I had the biggest craving today and wentout and bought some...I came home started eating it, then came on here and threw 3/4 of the chocolate out...I am soooooo mad at myself for even buying it and even more mad that I wasted the money!!! uggggh....sooooooo mad gerrrr
    ok vent over!--with tomorrow being easter I think I will have a fresh start on monday...a clean slate.
  • Hang in there fitgal. I am going through something similar and hoping Monday brings a clean slate as well.
