Food intake 4/9/06

  • Hello All,
    Im still Kinda new to WW. Im a type 2 diabetic as well. I started WW April 1st and Lost 6lbs so far. Here is what I ate so far today:

    Breakfast:
    2 cups Decaf. Coffee with Milk
    1 Thomas' Mini Bagel Cinnamon and Raisin 2
    1 TBLS Peanut Butter 2


    Lunch:
    Smart Ones Tuna Noodle Gratin 5
    1 cup Mixed veggies 0
    1 FF Pudding 2

    Now that is ONLY 11 points I ate today...and here it is 2pm..
    I have dinner to eat yet...
    But, how do I get up to the points that I am suppose to be eatting

    I started at 301 lbs and I am to be eatting 28/35 points..how the Heck can ANYONE eat that many Points in a day??
