I bought some of that wonderful Lebanese flat bread at a local bakery...no nutrition facts. Anyone have an idea of points for this? I bought the smaller 7 inch size.

They're so similar to pitas, but I wanted to see if anyone knows exactly what I'm referring to. Thanks!

They're also called "pita" bread. I know that the small ones are 1 point each.

We made some really good flatbread from Weight Watcher's Take Out Tonight cookbook. They were only 1pt a piece and very good.
