Im new here

  • Hello my name is Kristy and Im a mother of a 21 month old
    I am going on vacation back to my hometown of Orlando Fl
    I need to lose 13 lbs to get to my goal weight of 140...I would really like to get to 135 but I dont think 18lbs is able to be done in less then 3 weeks...
    Right now I started doing a diet: I have a Zone bar in the morning and a tuna salad with No bread for Lunch and Im at a loss for dinner...maybe chicken or something I just dont know what to eat for dinner...Salad...????
    My question is If I continue to do the same thing everyday for less then 2 weeks will I acihive my goal of losing 13lbs????

    We take things one day at a time and it has really worked for me. Just remeber you may not make your goal but as long as you try you still have come along way...You have made the first step. Keep up the good work!!!
  • Given your weight I'd say 4 or lbs would probably stretching it in 2 weeks and I'm accounting for the intial water weight you'll lose. At 136, eating 1300 calories a day, walking 5 miles and 30 minutes of Taekwondo a day I maybe lose 1 pound a week.
