asda's good for you microwave meal 79p each! (student heaven!) most are under 500 calories each, low in fat and saturates and under .7 of a gram of sodium per meal. plus at the moment they are buy 6 for the price of 4.
p.s the chicken in peppercorn sauce is gorgeous
I love asdas garlic mushroom fettucine that's in the good for you range but unfortunately isn't 79p.

Buy some Top Ramen noodles. I don't recall what they cost in the UK, but here they are 10cents a bag. With 380cal in a bag and lots of fiber.
