I am now 155 lbs (again!). I've joined the gym and have been going for about 4 weeks now, 5 days a week, working out for 2 hours a day.
I see no progress. Now. . I've gotten sick (a cold or something and feel like crap). I haven't been to the gym in 2 days (guilty feelings). What is wrong with me? I was on a roll!Anyway, don't want to sound like a nutcase, but I am completely frustrated. Is anyone out there feeling like me?
I need a buddy.
