I tell you...I wish i knew what to say. I just try to watch my portions. I was logging in my calories on fitday.com and working out more...than i was before i started watching what i eat. i can't honestly say i am eating more vegetables because i probably haven't had single vegetable in two weeks...no money for groceries.

but i do eat an apple every day for my afternoon snack. and i have gotten so used to eating less, that i get full alot sooner than i used to.
just try to watch your portions, record everything you eat and how many calories there is, don't waste calories on what you drink....i don't even drink very many diet sodas anymore, just mostly water, and get plenty of excerisize. i try to walk every day at lunch at least one mile, and then i go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week for an hour.
don't worry, you'll do it. it just takes determination!! good luck.
