  • I'm not hungry but I know I should eat -- I just don't know what to do because nothing sounds good.

    L: cheerios with milk and banana (6 pts)

    Breakfast: 2 lf/sf yogurt cups, decaf w/light cream

    Snack: 1 banana

    Lunch: veggie quiche, small garden salad w/greek dressing

    Snack: green grapes

    Dinner: roast chicken breast, steamed broccoli, baked or mashed potatoes

    Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal and a banana

    Lunch: Kosher hot dog on a bun with kraut and mustard (8 points). At least the kraut was Core!

    Snack: Sweet and Salty granola bar (4 points)

    Dinner: Chiptole buritto bowl (chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, salsa, hot sauce, cheese (3 points), and guacamole)
