Is there a support group for the GI diet around here? I've been checking out the site and can't find one. Anyone know of the right spot.

There have been GI threads in the General Diets section, you could start a new one! Or you could come over to UK fat chicks and we can start one for you, most of us follow some sort of low GI plan.
