  • Sorry I'm a little late, but 1 mile walk on Monday!
  • Monday--5 circuits at Curves.

    Tuesday-- 4 circuits at Curves.

    Wednesday-- 4 circuits at Curves.
  • Thursday-- 4 circuits at Curves.
  • Monday and Wednesday...walked about a mile and a half each day!
  • Friday: 1.5 mile walk
  • Friday: Walked about 2.5 miles
  • Saturday: I have over 10k steps already. Tom and I went over to the Chattahoochee river and walked along the banks and all through the woods. We walked over 1 and a half hours. It was very pleasant.
  • SUNDAY: Just got in from a two mile walk.That, with teaching Sunday School this morning has given me 10641 steps already. Woo hoo! And its just 4pm!
