Well, help us help you. YOu have to provide some information. How big is it? what's the nutritional info? do you have the pointsfinder? calculate how many points one pita is, then, divide by 2.

I am guessin it is 2 points per 1/2, I don't have any of that info. It came in a gryo meal kit. But it is average size. about 6" round. So I think 2 pt per 1/2 is safe.
