my weightloss sort of stalled on p1 ive been drinking alot of diet cokes do u think that could be the problem i got some today without the caffeine is that better? i know i need to drink my water but i can't live without my diet coke

Caffeine free is better. Please remember that water is much better for you than diet coke. It CAN stall your weightloss.
