New To WW anybody have any advice

  • Hey Everybody!

I am new to this site and have recently begun weight watchers. I lost 5 pounds the first week and am on my second week. I feel like I am having to eat SOO Much food. I have to eat 32 points a day, which is really hard for me. I feel like I am eating all the time. Anybody have any advice to offer?
  • yes i do... enjoy the food........ and enjoy what all this food will do to your body... help you get a bit smaller.....

i think people dont realize they have to eat to lose fat....... so enjoy
  • I believe there is a WW forum here (not that we don't love ya here, cuz we do) but man those ladies are experts on all of the program. Check in with them and I am sure they will tell you that you are right on track. Keep going - you are doing great!
  • Thanks! I will check to see if there is a ww forum!

If you want to eat more, but you have trouble with volume, I would recommend nutritonally powerful, calorie dense food. Cook with olive oil, add avocados to sandwiches and salads. Put natural peanut butter on whole grain toast. Add nuts to salads (I love chicken, dried cranberries and slivered almonds in a salad with balsalmic vinaigrette dressing). Eat a serving of trailmix (the healthy kind, not the kind with chocolate or sugary fruit) as a good, filling snack.

Olive oil, avocodos and nuts have HUGE health benefits. They are amazing for you, so eat up.
  • I felt the same way when I started WW. I had to eat 24 points and now I'm down to 20. It seemed like a lot...especially when I was at my highest weight...but it worked.
