Has anyone else tried it? It has 3 grams of carbs. I tried the strawberry and cream. I'd like to get your opinion if you've tried it.

LOVE it. It makes for a different option for lunch/snack.

I like it too. Haven't bought any in a little while, but I eat yogurt every once in a while.

Is it sugar free? I got some yogurt that said 3 carbs on the front but then saw it also had 3 grams of sugar.

It has Splenda. I haven't tried the peach yet -- might have to get that one next.

I buy it regularly and find it is quite good, my daughter likes it too and she is using a modified Atkins plan which includes extra dairy and fruit.
