I am on gold plan with the lites. I'm thinking it is probably around 1200-1300 calories. I was wondering if anyone knew the calorie counts of this plan.

I use fitday occasionally and it works out to 1200 if I only have 1 LA light.
So, I guess 1380+ with 2 lites. It you eat, for example 1 veg burger = 1P and so does 4oz beef.
