How much have you lost so far?
anyone brave enough - it would be awesome to hear your stats (height, starting weight and weightloss per week if you were up to sharing!) just curious what to expect!

I'm hoping to lose about 20 lbs. I hope to do about 10 each month (for 2 months) or 2.5 a week. Is that realistic?

I have been excersing alot so I am sure building that muscle has alot to do with the scale issue. Overall, I am pleased and can say that I really do feel better on this plan than other diets I have tried.
