    This morning I weighed myself and the scale said 172. I knew it was coming but I still can't believe it!

    I know I rarely post but I'm very thankful for this board. I found you guys 16 months ago when I hit my bottom. I couldn't carry on the way I was. I just had to change. This board has taught me so much. One big thing I had to learn was that it was ok to mess up. All that was needed was to get back on plan and keep going. I've gone from getting exausted from a simple shower to doing 45 min on an elliptical easily.

    Not only did you lose an incredible 100 pounds, but you're a SAHM to 11 children?!

    Congratulations mabear!!! I don't know what's more impressive--the weight loss or the 11 kids! I don't know how you do it, I only had one kid and my gray hair started to sprout You are truly an inspiration to me! and jrnyc is right, your kids are gorgeous! Woo-Hoo!!!

    That is awesome! You inspire me - totally! If somebody with 11 children can turn their life around then anybody can! You have taken away all the excuses.
