HI!!
I'm back after being gone for a couple of months to take care of my Nanny who lives in Mississippi she was sick and now her and my papa is coming to live with me and my husband . My problem is while I was gone my husband and I both fell off our diet wagon big time We hit hard when we feel. I have gain back 15lbs I lost and he has gained back his 15lbs plus some. We are both 5'2 so weight on us is hard. I weigh 210 and he weighs 235. His weight has gotten so bad that this morning for work he couldn't tie his shoes . I have got to do something for both of us because the worry of being this much overweight stress me out more than I am. My Nanny has Congestive Heart Failure, Cornary Disease, her heart is working at 45% of what it is suppose to, she is diabetic and she is on a salt restricted diet. I'm afraid of that happening to me when I get older. I know that I have to lose weight not only for myself now but for later in life. As of right now I'm going to go back on a 1500 calorie a day diet. (My husband will be on it too . I just need a buddy that will help me stay on track with things. I signed up for a journal online so maybe that will help me out to. Well this post is a long one so I will go. I have yahoo messenger my name is crazycrystalcc. Always on, Always willing to talk

Welcome back...Sorry to hear about your Nanny! Thats how I lost my mom.

My huband is dieting with me also but he seems to take off twice as much as I do....

Well see with my husband it's him not wanting to exercise like I do. We are actually starting started this morning When we took our weight this morning to both of our surprise we weigh less than we thought. I'm 202 and he is at 220 so my goal of 200 will be easy! LOL I will set the goal for 190 I think!! Good Luck with to you and your husband also!! If you don't mind me asking how old was your mother when she passed away? And I'm sorry to here that.
