  • Ok folks - some people were missing this tread last week, so we'll start this one off nice and early this week.

    I'm happy to say I'm down 1 pound.

  • I'm down 2lbs this week!

    I'm thinking the interval training is really working! I'm down 4lbs total in the 3 weeks since I started!
  • Down 2 to 254 yeah......tried on some old jean that had gotten to small, and wow all but one pair fit. yipppeee

  • Hi all..remember me?! I joined and for a few days did well posting, but then got in a funk and just slacked off. I've been really working it this week though and I'm happy to report 5 pounds down!! This is the first time I've lost weight since beginning trying to back in Janurary.
  • I bought a new scale, and was extremely suprised to see a new number, a much HIGHER number. Well, I guess I have a new starting number? I'm trying not to discredit the fact that even IF my weight is 258.2, I am still in a plus size 16, I worked damn hard for that one!! I look forward to a loss next week! (How am I doing for acting positive even tho I am crushed??)

  • Yep, you're a regular Pollyanna, Aimee! Easy to say, I know, but you're right, it's only a number. You're still exactly the same as you were before you hopped on the new scale, it's just calling you a different number, that's all.

    I weighed in a day early because I'm away from home tomorrow, and I'm down 1 pound to 178.
  • I have almost lost the exra weight from last week. I am at 250. When I get to 249 I will be back on track. I REALLY want to lose 10 pounds to reach the first goal I set for myself.
  • I am down 2 more pounds for a grand total of 45 pounds lost from my all time highest weight.
  • Yeah!! I'm down 2 more pounds. That's 15 pounds in 6 weeks. I was kinda worried this morning. It's TOM. I thought for sure I would either stay the same or gain.
    I am so excited. I must be doing something right.

  • Down 5!!! I am so excited this is my very first week.
  • I weighed yesterday but didn't have time to post here! Or update anything yesterday! gah!

    I'm down 5 pounds! So now I'm at 208! Getting closer to 199! woohoo!

  • I'm two pounds down from my last weight of 197. Staying under 200 has always been a real struggle for me. I think this time is different though. I watch the scale inch away from 200 and it feels great.
  • This Week
    I lost 3 this week for a total of 40. My new granddaughter weighs 8 lbs. so that's 5 of her!

  • I'm down 1.8 from last week. But haven't lost all my weight from my big gain yet. I will get there.
